Cancellation of Orders:
Web orders may only be cancelled if the product has not already been shipped. To cancel a web order, please email info@aspectus-uk.co.uk with the subject "Cancel Order".
Returns Policy:
If you receive a product that is faulty, email us info@aspectus-uk.co.uk with the subject "Faulty Product".
Please include in the email a brief description of the fault, a member of our customer service team will contact you shortly afterwards and arrange appropriate action to be taken.
If the item you received is not what you ordered, email us info@aspectus-uk.co.uk with the subject "Wrong Product Shipped"
Please include in the email a brief description the incorrect item and a member of our customer service team will contact you shortly afterwards and arrange appropriate action to be taken.
The product must be unopened, with any seal intact and unused. It should be in its original packaging and in good condition. Please place the product including the original packaging in a sealed plastic bag ready for collection.
We need to be advised of the item(s) that are incorrect no later than 5 working days from date of delivery.
Aspectus-UK Limited will process a refund when the returned goods have been received in the warehouse.
If you paid by credit card your card will be refunded and you will be emailed a 'credit note' which is simply a reference of the transaction. Please be aware that the refund may take up to 3 working days to show on your statement depending on your card provider. If something is missing from your order, please check first to see if there is another delivery due to you. You can do this by checking the delivery docket.
Return Policy for Retail Customers:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with your ScienceBased Health product, you may request a refund by following the procedures below within 30 days of purchase. (exception: HydroEye may be returned within 90 days of purchase on first-time orders).
HydroEye Money Back Guarantee:
To qualify for the 90 day money back guarantee the HydroEye product must have been taken as directed for the full term of 90 days. Verification of non-improvement of condition must be provided by an Eye Care Professional. Refund value will be product list price LESS VAT and Delivery as per Aspectus UK Limited Invoice.
Shipping errors, shortages, or damaged product:
Shipping errors and shortages or damaged product must be reported within 5 days of purchase. To return faulty or damaged products within 5 days - please repack the product in the original packaging and then place the entire product including the original packaging in a sealed bag. Email us info@aspectus-uk.co.uk with the subject "Product Return" to arrange a return.
Product Returns:
To return any product, the product must have been purchased directly from Aspectus-UK Limited. Returns of products purchased from a doctor or other sources must be handled by the individual or organization from which the product was purchased.
Contact Aspectus-UK Limited by emailing info@aspectus-uk.co.uk with the subject "Product Return" to obtain approval for your return. You will be assigned a Returned Product Authorization (RPA) number.
The Customer Service Representative will provide you the correct procedures and location to return the product. The product must be shipped within 30 days of purchase with the RPA number included in the package.
Returned products must be as new, in an unused and resalable condition unless they are faulty, defective or were damaged on receipt of delivery. Acceptance of returns requests for items not required after 5 working days is at the discretion of Aspectus-UK Limited.
Aspectus is not liable for shipping costs of returned product.
Product returned to Aspectus-UK Limited after 30 days of purchase and/or without a RPA number will not qualify for a refund (first time HydroEye users have 90 days from date of first purchase).
Processing of refunds may take up to 30 days after receipt of returned product.
International Orders:
Importation of certain products is prohibited by some countries. The customer takes possession of the merchandise at the time of purchase and thereafter is responsible for following the laws and import rules of the country where the product is being shipped. The customer is also responsible for any tariffs, taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by US or international customs. Aspectus-UK Limited will not refund the cost of shipping for any products that are impounded, delayed by customs, or returned without being delivered.
Shipping Policy:
UK orders placed after 1 p.m. GMT will be shipped the next business day. An additional charge is required for Saturday Delivery. Aspectus-UK Limited will not refund the cost of shipping for shipments which are returned undelivered. Aspectus-UK Limited may not refund the shipping cost for products which are lost, damaged, or stolen in shipping.
Orders for product outside of the UK, should be directed to sales@aspectus-uk.co.uk as the Aspectus-UK Limited website is suitable for UK purchases only. Separate shipping/insurance charges will apply.
Privacy Policy:
Aspectus-UK Limited, like your physician, is respectful of the trust placed upon us when receiving confidential information on the health of our customers. We are all concerned about privacy, confidentiality, and security of personal information, especially when using the Internet. This is of particular concern where health information is involved. Aspectus-UK Limited considers all personal data collected to be completely confidential medical information.
Aspectus-UK Limited will never wilfully disclose your individual information without your expressed written authorization do so. Our privacy applies to any personal information entrusted to us.
While your individual information is protected, we do reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymous data about our users as groups. For example, we might produce reports for third parties that illustrate the demographics of users interested in visual health. This is achieved by aggregating information from our nutritional health assessments. In no way is your personal information ever revealed.
We believe that medical and health records belong to the individual who can delete any and all information at any time.
When you choose to enter personal information, we merely hold these records, both in trust and for your convenience. Neither Aspectus-UK Limited personnel, nor anyone else, have the right to review them without your expressed authorization.
